Each of our pasture-raised broilers is unique, so exact weights vary. When placing your order, simply choose the weight range you’d like (for example, 4.5–5.0 lb).
At checkout, you’ll be temporarily charged for the maximum weight in that range. Before your order is fulfilled, we’ll hand-select the bird closest to your requested weight and adjust your final price to match the exact weight you receive.
