Our broilers are brooded for 2-3 weeks (depending on weather) then are headed out to the feild to graze new paddocks daily. Safety is number one for these guys, we check on them often and you can even find our dogs keeping watch while we collect eggs!
Broilers will weigh between 4-5 pounds dressed out and cost $6.00 per pound. 
 
Our favorite way to cook them is spatchcocked on the grill!
