Just add water! 
We dehydrate our eggs for 24 hours, turn them into powder with a grain mill and mix the equivalent of three eggs in with dried buttermilk, malt milk, milk, flour and sugar. The rehydrating ratio is 2:1 meaning for every cup of mix, use a half cup of water. If you’re like me, and you enjoy flatter pancakes, add slightly more water.
