All of our cows and steers are under our care, we do not buy feeder cattle from the livestock auctions that we do not know what type of care they came from.
 
Never fed any grain, never given any antibiotics, just grass from start to finish. Every cow will have a different percentage of ground to fat ratio, our current cow came with 93/7. Because our cows are never given grain and roam freely on fresh pastures, they have a much lower fat content then feeder cattle and spent dairy cows.
 
All of our cows are Angus bread for the best quality eating meat. Enjoy!
